About The Position

Reporting to the Regional Operations Lead, Eastern Region, you are responsible for reflecting a positive and professional image of the company by providing exceptional customer service on the phone, in person at reception and in writing.

Requirements

  • Professional, friendly and courteous in all interactions, whether with customers or co-workers.
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English.
  • Perform well in a busy operation and remain calm under pressure.
  • Self-sufficient, diligent and take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma required.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as receptionist
  • Familiarity with Windows environment, including Intermediate MS Word and Excel.
  • High degree of proficiency with English required to service customers, both internal to the company and external, across Canada.
  • Successful clearance of background checks (including criminal checks and leadership references).

Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls and welcoming visitors with courtesy.
  • Categorize Intake cases for multiple case transactions, enabling routing to the appropriate business function.
  • Completing form letters and other correspondence, in accordance with standards.
  • Verifying and/or proceeding with data entry of different documents.
  • Updating various lists.
  • Assisting staff with telephone reliability.
  • Preparing and/or sorting mail.
  • Handling other duties promoting the achievement of customer service and business goals.
