About The Position

Technica is seeking a Supply System Analyst to support DLA operations at Cherry Point. The analyst reviews transactions and data to identify problem areas; assesses whether interrelated supply-system functions can be consolidated, eliminated, or expanded; evaluates the impact of proposed system or regulatory changes; coordinates with functional users to resolve operational and procedural problems; and researches functional problem areas.

The position requires broad knowledge of supply-program relationships and thorough knowledge of policies and procedures for managing and controlling material through receipt, storage, warehousing, issue, packing, and transportation. The analyst serves as the DSS point of contact and focal point for Government communications and information requests regarding DSS, performs DSS-MIS functions in accordance with the referenced performance work statement, and writes new QMF queries as required. The role uses DSS and other Government data systems.

Requirements

• Knowledge of a broad range of supply-program relationships to conduct studies, reviews, and investigations.
• Thorough knowledge of policies and procedures for managing and controlling material through receipt, storage, warehousing, issue, packing, and/or transportation.
• At least three years of experience using DSS or an equivalent Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five years.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
