The Supply Room Clerk will be responsible for operating the supply room and its automated inventory system, managing stock levels, issuing supplies, and preparing reports. This role also involves supporting procurement and ordering by gathering price information, creating shopping carts, drafting procurement actions, and submitting Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in ERP. Additionally, the clerk will handle receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming supplies, managing discrepancies and returns, and assisting with material handling and interoffice moves.
