Akima Facilities Operations (AFO) is looking for a Supply Clerk to work in Fort Stewart, Georgia. The Supply Clerk receives, inspects, inventories, loads, unloads, segregates, stores, issues, delivers, and turns-in Organizational/Direct Support and Installation supplies and equipment. This role operates Unit or Direct Support Logistics Information Systems, prepares all Unit/DS supply documents, and maintains automated Supply Systems for accounting of supplies and equipment. The position also coordinates supply activities, posts transactions to property books, determines methods for relief from responsibility for lost or damaged items, and maintains tools and equipment while cleaning work areas to ensure a safe environment.
