About The Position

This role assists the Supervisor in coordinating the daily responsibilities of the department. The successful candidate will ensure the Supervisor’s instructions are communicated to team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position also monitors all equipment to ensure it is working properly and notifies the supervisor of any needed maintenance. The role requires demonstrating proficiency in all jobs within the department while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all Tyson policies and procedures.

Must be available to work overtime and weekends if required.
