About The Position

This role is for an Indirect PackOut Jack Driver Operator on the 3rd shift. Applicants will be considered for any power jack start type opening on the shift. The job requires availability for overtime and weekends, and the ability to work in a cold and damp environment with temperatures ranging from 28 to 42 degrees. The work is fast-paced and involves repetitive motion. Some positions require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40+ lbs, while Material Handling and Receiving positions require lifting 70+ lbs. Constant standing, walking, and riding of powered material handling equipment is necessary. Specialized training for powered industrial trucks is required to be qualified within Tyson Foods, Inc.   • 3-Months operator experience listed on the application (can be a combination of employers).
  • Ability to label, organize, and align pallets in a cooler.
  • Must become certified in both pallet jack and forklift operation.
  • Ability to work with others to adhere to Tyson's safety culture.
