Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
5+ years of experience in supply planning or related supply chain roles
At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
Proven experience with Supply Chain planning tools, software, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
Demonstrates a high level of ownership, urgency, and accountability while fostering a collaborative, candid, and high-performance team environment
A collaborative mindset, working closely with internal teams and global suppliers

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Supply Planning Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Set clear performance expectations, provide actionable feedback, and develop individual and team capabilities to meet evolving business needs
Own and scale supply planning processes and systems (Oracle ERP), driving consistency, data integrity, and team adoption
Anticipate and prioritize business partner needs, proactively solving issues before they escalate
Own and drive performance against key supply chain KPIs (e.g. fill rate, inventory turns, excess/obsolete inventory), ensuring alignment with business goals
Lead cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, distribution, demand planning, and operations to proactively identify and resolve constraints and risks
Lead monthly S&OP reporting and influence cross-functional and leadership decisions by presenting risks, trade-offs, and actional recommendations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply planning, including process automation, data accuracy, and inventory optimization
Prioritize team workload and resources to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic initiatives
Support new product introductions, product transitions, and end-of-life planning with robust supply and demand analysis
Act as subject matter expert in supply planning tools and processes, helping elevate team capabilities and system utilization
