About The Position

The Supply Planning Manager manages and drives regional supply planning excellence to ultimately optimize the inventory and service levels. A key operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand. We are looking for someone with supply planning experience, who is analytical, thorough and a clear communicator. An interest and affinity for streamlining processes and cross-functional communication is key to being successful in this role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
Minimum of 3-5 years Supply Chain planning related experience
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills required
Demonstrated experience and expertise in supply planning role(s)
Organized, thorough and detail-oriented
Numerate, analytical and a good problem-solver
Inquisitive, resilient, someone who sees things through
Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptive to new situations and changes in direction

Responsibilities

Fease additional regional sell-in opportunities within blocked horizon.
Drive the continuous improvement of the supply planning and stock balancing processes and systems.
Ensure on-time availability of product, developing action plans or alternatives for delayed product.
Own and deliver key reports to cross functional partners weekly/monthly/quarterly.
Manage stock tracking and delivery OTIF.
Provide monthly fill rates and corresponding root cause analysis.
Drive local rework initiatives, ensuring OTIF delivery and identifying process improvements that enhance service, efficiency, and cost performance.
