About The Position

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand seeking a Supply Planning Manager to manage and drive regional supply planning excellence. This role is key to optimizing inventory and service levels. The ideal candidate will have supply planning experience, be analytical, thorough, and a clear communicator, with a passion for streamlining processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
Minimum of 3-5 years Supply Chain planning related experience
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills required
Demonstrated experience and expertise in supply planning role(s)
Organized, thorough and detail-oriented
Numerate, analytical and a good problem-solver
Inquisitive, resilient, someone who sees things through
Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptive to new situations and changes in direction

Responsibilities

Fease additional regional sell-in opportunities within blocked horizon.
Drive the continuous improvement of the supply planning and stock balancing processes and systems.
Ensure on-time availability of product, developing action plans or alternatives for delayed product.
Own and deliver key reports to cross functional partners weekly/monthly/quarterly.
Manage stock tracking and delivery OTIF.
Provide monthly fill rates and corresponding root cause analysis.
Drive local rework initiatives, ensuring OTIF delivery and identifying process improvements that enhance service, efficiency, and cost performance.
