About The Position

A vacancy has arisen for a Supply Planning Excellence & CI Lead. This is a permanent position and will report to the Planning Global Hub & CoE Lead. The Supply Planning Excellence & CI Lead identifies, leads, and executes continuous improvement activities for Supply Planning (Supply and Material Planning, Co-packing, MRP and Scheduling) across the markets in scope. Manages and tracks all the ongoing initiatives in the region and ensures that all progress timely and support the capability overall strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–7+ years of experience in supply planning, planning excellence, or continuous improvement roles
  • Strong operational knowledge of Supply Planning, Material Planning, MRP, and Scheduling within an FMCG environment
  • Hands on experience with advanced planning technologies such as Kinaxis, OMP, o9, JDA, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in analytics and data tools, including SAP IBP, APO, Oracle SCM, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, SQL, or comparable technologies
  • Experience defining and governing global master data standards (e.g., lead times, MOQs, planning parameters)
  • Proven ability to develop global process standards, playbooks, templates, and training materials
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across geographically and culturally diverse teams
  • Highly organized, self motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, evolving environment
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across global and regional supply planning activities, aligned to the Global Planning Excellence strategy
  • Lead, support, or execute CI initiatives across Supply & Material Planning, MRP, Scheduling, and Co packing, partnering with regional and site teams
  • Manage and track the full portfolio of regional and global improvement initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time
  • Facilitate performance review sessions with Supply Planners to address challenges, share insights, and drive best practice adoption
  • Coordinate lifecycle management processes across regions to balance product availability with obsolescence risk and cost mitigation
  • Create transparency around complexity and improvement opportunities within regional co packing operations
  • Act as the global design authority for supply planning tools, user roles, access rights, and system governance
  • Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and change requests across markets to ensure stability and continuous improvement
  • Establish governance forums to review global planning performance, standards compliance, and improvement initiatives
  • Serve as a central escalation point for systemic supply planning challenges and drive cross BU improvements based on performance insights
