About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Planner to support production planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination across manufacturing, purchasing, and sales teams. This role ensures materials and production schedules align with customer demand while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and service levels. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or manufacturing operations
Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work onsite in Grand Prairie, TX
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
Consistently demonstrates professionalism and a positive company image with employees, customers, and vendors
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
3+ years in production planning, supply planning, or manufacturing
Strong Excel and MRP system experience
Analytical, organized, and detail-driven
Great communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Alteryx or similar data tools is a plus

Responsibilities

Monitor production schedules to ensure priorities are followed and deadlines are met
Set and manage production work center output targets in coordination with manufacturing teams
Identify and resolve production delays, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints
Establish and maintain target inventory levels for production parts and raw materials
Coordinate with purchasing and manufacturing to ensure inventory alignment with production needs
Monitor inventory performance and adjust planning parameters as needed
Serve as a liaison between sales, purchasing, and production teams to balance demand and supply
Ensure customer requirements are met while optimizing production efficiency and resource utilization
Create and maintain reports on production status, performance, and efficiency metrics
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Support decision-making through accurate forecasting and planning insights
Manage production schedules and priorities to keep operations on track
Set and maintain inventory targets for raw materials and production parts
Identify and resolve production delays and bottlenecks
Partner with sales, purchasing, and manufacturing to balance demand and supply
Track performance metrics and build reports to support decision-making
Improve planning processes and overall operational efficiency
