As a key member of the Supply Chain Planning Team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. Job Title : Supply Chain Planner Reports To : Manager, Supply Planning Location: Lewisville, TX (Dallas HQ) Business Unit Description : BAS – Global Supply Chain Summary : The Supply Planner supports the end to end planning process by ensuring the right products are available at the right time to meet customer demand. This role analyzes demand signals, monitors inventory levels, and coordinates with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to maintain balanced supply. The planner helps prevent stockouts, reduces excess inventory, and contributes to efficient production and replenishment decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields desired
  • No previous professional experience required.
  • Familiarity with ERP or Advanced Planning Tools is a plus but not required.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments
  • Strives for continuous learning to keep skills up-to-date
  • Experienced with other software packages including Windows, and Microsoft Office (Advance Excel preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Required to be in office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
  • Familiarity with ERP or Advanced Planning Tools is a plus, but not required.
  • No previous professional experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Review demand signals and translate them into both short and long term supply and replenishment needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages or excess, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support production and procurement teams by tracking open orders and supplier or manufacturing status.
  • Maintain accurate planning data in ERP/MRP systems and generate basic inventory or supply reports.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve supply issues and support service‑level goals.
  • Assist with maintaining planning parameters such as lead times, order quantities, and safety stock settings.
