About The Position

The Raytheon Full Service Partnering Center (FSPC) is seeking a Supply Planner Professional to join our team in Poulsbo, WA. This is a high-visibility, onsite role where you will contribute to our mission by supporting engineering, quality control, production, and sustainment for the Naval Power Strategic Business Unit. You will collaborate closely with internal customers, including material program managers, manufacturing, engineering, and mission assurance/quality teams. Requirements

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, production control, and/or manufacturing.
  • Experience with MRP.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and a proven track record of implementing lean or Six Sigma projects.
  • Special program access.
  • Basic Ad Hoc Query reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with SAP, material, and inventory control systems such as Kanban or Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct material availability analysis, tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage kit readiness by collaborating with cross-functional teams on Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Oversee material master data, process engineering, operations, and document control.
  • Release orders in the EAGLE Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and confirm in the shop floor system.
  • Coordinate the kitting process with stores and consolidation areas.
  • Provide shop floor support including replacement part management, shop floor material staging, Work in Progress (WIP) movement through shared resource areas, completion of units in shop floor and MRP system, delivery to next step (inventory or shipment), and meeting MRP schedule.
  • Maintain the integrity of shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems through key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with support teams to manage piece part movement to fulfill internal build requirements through subcontractors, internal resources, and other Raytheon facilities as necessary.
  • Provide backup support for shipping and receiving tasks as required in this active manufacturing lab environment.
