About The Position

One World Technologies, Inc dba TTI Power Equipment, has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Supply Planner that is responsible for maintaining an accurate Production, Sales, and Inventory Plan to support company and customer expectations within acceptable inventory targets. Scope This position will define inventory targets and purchasing needs to support company sales while exceeding service level and turns targets. Planners work closely with multiple associates across the supply chain to ensure expectations are clearly defined, including: Sales managers, product development teams, and demand planners to capture best collaborative forecast Factory teams to ensure expectations are clearly defined and that goods ship on time while managing inventory within budget requirements. Purchasing to ensure factory purchase orders are aligned to timing needs Customers to align retail sales expectations, assist with the containerization of direct flow goods, and address opportunities Distribution to make sure orders are shipping timely and event expectations are communicated.

Requirements

Maintaining an accurate Production, Sales, and Inventory Plan
Supporting company and customer expectations within acceptable inventory targets
Defining inventory targets and purchasing needs to support company sales while exceeding service level and turns targets
Working closely with multiple associates across the supply chain
Capturing best collaborative forecast
Ensuring expectations are clearly defined and that goods ship on time while managing inventory within budget requirements
Ensuring factory purchase orders are aligned to timing needs
Aligning retail sales expectations
Assisting with the containerization of direct flow goods
Addressing opportunities
Making sure orders are shipping timely and event expectations are communicated

Responsibilities

Maintains a PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory Plan)
Improves processes
Exceeds company service level expectations
Defines opportunities to reduce costs
Defines inventory needs to support customer replenishment and event execution
Obtains, analyzes and interprets supply chain relevant data from multiple sources
Defines factory orders to ensure an adequate supply of finished product for required forecasted demand
Tracks factory production, inbound shipments and customer orders to expectations
Ensures production is on time and defines solutions as failures occur
Successfully delivers New Product through the stages of Capacity Evaluation, Ramp Up Production & In Market Delivery
Coordinates plant transfers between factories
Maintains reports critical to business function, including financial forecast, inventory projections, and service performance
Captures failures, root cause, corrective action, and documents accountability
Builds relationships throughout supply chain to recognize and address process improvement opportunities
Facilitates Global Capacity Planning to deliver aggressive 98% SL, and assesses capacity expansion needs
