About The Position

The Supply/Demand Planning Manager will lead the supply/demand planning process strategy and own process standards. They will be responsible for assuring supply across Quest Business units to maintain KPI standards, product availability, cost control & planning capabilities, ensuring alignment amongst all partners including but not limited to Commercial, Franchise, Laboratory Operations, Finance and Supply Chain organization. They will oversee a team of planners and be responsible for the execution of the supply plan. This position will interact with all the functions involved to ensure customer satisfaction and end-to-end supply chain planning. They will lead the implementation and execution of industry Supply/Demand Planning best practices, ensuring process standardization and overall maturity progression over time, collaborating with key partners, from executive leaders to planners.

Responsibilities
