The Materials Management team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville is seeking a full-time Supply Coordinator. This role operates on a day shift schedule from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend requirements. The Supply Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting licensed healthcare professionals by ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and supplies, directly impacting daily patient care. The ideal candidate will possess experience in warehousing, customer service, and the healthcare sector, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Baptist Jacksonville is a Magnet

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED - Required
• Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years Purchasing Experience (Preferred)
• Operating Room Experience (Preferred)
• Associates of Arts/Sciences - Preferred
• Warehousing experience
• Customer service experience
• Healthcare experience

Responsibilities

• Ordering equipment and supplies and maintaining adequate inventory for all of Surgical Services.
• Working with automated inventory management systems.
• Meeting with clinical coordinators.
• Extracting and printing data sheets.
• Patient charges, researching and following up on device recalls.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
