About The Position

WisEngineering, LLC is currently seeking qualified Entry to Mid Level candidates for an short term opportunity supporting Department of Defense programs at Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ. Preferred experience with US Army and active CAC a plus. This is an on-site position 5 days per week at Picatinny Arsenal, Dover, NJ. Remote work is not permitted. Local candidates preferred. In this role, you won't just be counting inventory—you will assist with daily supply requests, process incoming parts, and utilize Army logistics databases to keep vital DoD programs moving forward. Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active Clearance or Current CAC Card Holder
  • Familiarity with GCSS-Army data entry and standard Army supply procedures.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for daily tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize GCSS-Army, AESIP, and FEDLOG to process daily transactions, track incoming shipments, and ensure the team has the parts and supplies they need.
  • Assist with processing supply requests, tracking lateral transfers, and inputting daily business updates under organizational guidance.
  • Help maintain the organization's high standards by assisting with Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) documentation, maintaining unit files, and processing sub-hand receipts in accordance with AR 710-2.
  • Coordinate with the Central Receiving Point (CRP) to verify new equipment arrivals, cross-reference stock numbers (NSNs), and process DD Form 250 documentation.
