About The Position

DPP is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator for an opportunity with our client in the Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing industry. This is a 12-month W2 contract position, requiring US Citizenship, and will be performed onsite in Ogden, UT. The role involves supporting and assisting activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process, providing technical, tactical, and execution support in various aspects of industry-standard supply chain business process areas, primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing, Supply Chain Logistics, and Supply Chain Business Operations. The primary responsibility is the manual movement, shipping, and receiving of materials.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent and 1-year additional education and/or related experience.
Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point.
Experience in SAP S4 Goods Issuing and Goods Receiving.
Excellent communication skills dealing with customers and suppliers.
Must have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Advanced experience in SAP S4 Goods Issue and Good Receiving transactions.
Must know how to read Stores Pick Tickets.
Experience working in a warehouse environment.
Knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
Forklift/Reach lift experience.

Responsibilities

Perform a combination of manual and clerical duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, as well as computers and various applications to process and maintain data.
Verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials.
Prepare records of materials shipped and bills of lading.
Route materials to destinations.
Pull and assemble kits in accordance with schedules and deliver to shop floor.
