About The Position
The Supply Chain Technician 2 performs typical supply chain operations and logistics functions, including distribution, picking, put-away, product delivery, inventorying, and stocking. This position provides flexible coverage for Wood River Supply Chain, including receiving, operating room supply support, clinic support, and general hospital and storeroom replenishment. Duties also include supporting interoffice mail, metering U.S. mail, and sorting incoming mail. The position is temporary for up to 12 months, with the potential to become a regular employee. Initially, the employee will work 32–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, for approximately four weeks to complete orientation and department training. After training, the schedule will be a minimum of 24 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver's license.
