About The Position

MatX's mission is to make the world's best AI models run as efficiently as allowed by physics, bringing the world years ahead in AI quality and availability. We're looking for a technical Supply Chain System Manager to architect, deploy, and optimize our digital supply chain infrastructure. You will be responsible for setting up and managing ERP, PLM, procurement, and inventory software systems to ensure data integrity, automation, and operational scalability. You will sit at the intersection of IT, Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance, shaping how automated data pipelines and system integrations power real-time visibility across our global operations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience administering or implementing supply chain systems (ERP, PLM, MRP, or WMS) in a hardware technology setting
  • Demonstrated expertise with systems such as NetSuite, SAPOne, Arena, Propel, Coupa, or similar platforms
  • Strong business systems analysis skillset, with the ability to translate operational workflows into scalable technical requirements
  • Excellent communication and change-management skills to train non-technical users on system capabilities
  • Excited to build digital supply chain foundations from the ground up in a scaling startup environment

  • Ability to build customized AI tool is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, selection, implementation, and enhancement of ERP, PLM, and spend-management systems
  • Build seamless data integrations across PLM, ERP, WIP and warehouse management, supplier portal systems
  • Ensure high data fidelity and accuracy for master data elements including BOMs, part numbers, vendor master files, and lead times
  • Develop automated workflows and dashboard reporting metrics for executive visibility into inventory, procurement spend, and pipeline bottlenecks.
  • Partner with engineering to streamline Engineering Change Order (ECO) release flows between PLM and ERP systems
  • Provide system administration, user training, access controls, and ongoing troubleshooting support for internal teams
