About The Position

Lexington Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations in support of customer commitments, operational excellence, and business growth. This role is responsible for driving demand planning, procurement, inventory management, supplier performance, and logistics strategies while partnering closely with Operations, Production, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical leader who excels at problem-solving, making data-driven decisions, and developing high-performing teams. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization. This is an on-site position located in Coon Rapids, MN.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
At least 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, manufacturing, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience leading supply chain teams, including purchasing, planning, inventory management, or related functions.
Strong knowledge of SIOP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and supplier performance management.
Experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems and leveraging data and analytics to drive business decisions and performance improvements.
