About The Position

Cato Networks is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join its Global Supply Chain team. The role manages day-to-day logistics and operational activities across global shipments, inventory movements, supplier coordination, and order fulfillment. The Specialist works with internal teams and external partners to support operational excellence, scalability, and a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations within a global technology company.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and working with logistics providers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones.
• Fluent spoken and written English; mandatory.
• Availability for occasional after-hours support when required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems; Salesforce is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Monitor and improve delivery performance across suppliers and logistics vendors.
• Track inventory movements and support inventory accuracy across global locations.
• Support order fulfillment for new customer orders, RMAs, and replacement shipments.
• Work with Global Support, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Optimize logistics workflows and drive automation and scalability across supply chain operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates within ERP/CRM platforms.
• Proactively communicate shipment status, delays, and operational risks to stakeholders.
