About The Position

The Supply Chain Solutions Specialist installs and maintains the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) vending platform in an assigned area. The role provides routine maintenance and repairs to industrial vending machines, assists with inventory management and replenishment, and supports customers and branches with vending solutions and related processes. The position involves troubleshooting software, hardware, and basic networking issues, maintaining accurate records, and performing work in accordance with ISO processes and procedures. The role requires travel approximately 30% of the time and is designated safety-sensitive, subject to drug testing, including cannabis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Computer software skills, including Windows and Office.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, including I/O devices such as printers, handheld scanners, and monitors.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and independently work through break/fix scenarios.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Ability to use a computer and other equipment.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, tools or controls, reaching, and frequently lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• CribMaster or AutoCrib experience.
• Basic understanding of IP networks.
• Knowledge of Vendor Managed Inventory.

Responsibilities

• Personally exhibit, recruit, and coach associates consistent with Core Behaviors.

• Provide routine maintenance and repairs to industrial vending machines.
• Work with customers, end-users, and teammates to design, troubleshoot, and enhance vending infrastructure and processes.
• Assist branches in managing product inventory levels, including replenishment, consignment, and stock transfers.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including software version and licensing issues.
• Assist in providing sales support.
• Assist in developing vending solutions for customers.
• Communicate continually with employees and customers to improve inventory turns.
• Perform work in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Perform all work in accordance with ISO processes and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
