About The Position

As a member of the Global Supply Chain Team, the Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including Purchase Order releases across direct & indirect commodities, material tracking & physical inventory management. This role is M-F, In-office from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. You will be a part of the Global Supply Chain Team building a supply base using an AI-first approach to enable safe self-driving at scale. Responsibilities include material tracking and physical inventory management including proper labelling, storage and handling, creating purchase orders and related activities through the Procure-to-Pay process, performing goods receipt transactions of all direct and indirect materials for Waabi’s Lancaster facility, coordinating shipments to and from Suppliers and across Waabi facilities, managing consigned inventory with Waabi’s Suppliers and OEM Partners, performing inventory cycle counts and addressing discrepancies as required, building and fostering relationships with shipping carriers for Waabi deliveries, and owning the RMA process with suppliers from end-to-end providing updates to Waabi team members and Waabi Suppliers. You will also assist in identifying and implementing process improvements & documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Business (Supply Chain/Finance/Management) or Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years of Supply Chain / Procurement / Inventory Management Experience
• Familiar with inventory management and logistics
• Familiar with Procure-to-Pay processes including tooling such as PLM, Inventory and Procurement systems
• Extremely Proficient in Google Workspace
• Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others
• Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions
• Required to engage in physical activities within reasonable accommodation
• Some tasks may require - lifting and moving material up to 50~ pounds each, bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head, frequent walking in the facilities, ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and hallways
• Forklift certified / able to become certified to operate
