Supply Chain Rotational Analyst - December 2026 Grads
About The Position
Charter Manufacturing is seeking recent college graduates for its Supply Chain Rotational Program, designed for December 2026 graduates. This two to three-year program aims to develop future Supply Chain talent and build organizational strength by providing participants with exposure to various aspects of Supply Chain and Charter Manufacturing. The program includes three 10-month rotations in areas such as Procurement, Supply & Demand Planning, Transportation, and Supply Chain Transformation. Potential short-term relocations to Charter Casting (Woodstock, IL or Shawano, WI) or Charter Steel (Saukville, WI) & Charter Wire (Milwaukee, WI) may be required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Supply Chain or general business internship or related experience.
- Prior experience participating in a team environment.
- Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Participate in three 10-month rotations in areas including Procurement, Supply & Demand Planning, Transportation, and Supply Chain Transformation.
- Gain diverse integration and exposure to Charter Manufacturing's businesses.
