About The Position

Charter Manufacturing is seeking recent college graduates for its Supply Chain Rotational Program. This two to three-year program is designed to build Supply Chain talent and organizational bench strength by providing participants with exposure to various facets of Supply Chain and Charter Manufacturing. The program includes three 10-month rotations in areas such as Procurement, Supply & Demand Planning, Transportation, and Supply Chain Transformation. Potential short-term relocation to Charter Casting (Woodstock, IL or Shawano, WI) or Charter Steel (Milwaukee, WI) & Charter Wire (Milwaukee, WI) may be required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Supply Chain or general business internship or related experience.
Prior experience participating in a team environment.
Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Participate in three 10-month rotations in areas including Procurement, Supply & Demand Planning, Transportation, and Supply Chain Transformation.
