Our Moog Military Aircraft Group is looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead and execute strategic supply-chain initiatives across assigned military and legacy aircraft programs. This role drives New Product Introduction (NPI) strategy from drawing inspection through PO placement and delivery, resolves complex cross-functional supply-chain challenges, and reports program status and financial impacts to the site. You will serve as the primary communication link between Military program teams and East Aurora Site Leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, program management, or project management within a manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment.
  • Experience managing supplier performance, cost, schedule, and risk.
  • Experience supporting customer proposals, pricing strategies, and program execution.
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements and government contracting environments.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and resolve supplier technical issues.
  • Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies (5 Why, 8D, Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, business systems, and program lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive supplier delivery performance and resolve supply chain risks impacting cost, quality, and schedule.
  • Develop and execute material and cost strategies throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Lead supply chain support for customer proposals, including pricing development and proposal compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements (FAR, DFAR, and customer requirements).
  • Manage supplier changes, transitions, and customer approval processes.
  • Provide program status, financial impact reporting, and supply chain support for customer audits and reviews.
