As a Supply Chain Program Manager contracting with our Morgan Hill office, you will have responsibility for supporting the manufacturing transition for our PCBA boards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in electronics supply chain, EMS/PCBA manufacturing, or supplier management (EMS experience strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading product or process transfer/site transitions in an electronics manufacturing environment
  • Strong project coordination and tracking skills; ability to manage large numbers of line items with clear status visibility
  • Working knowledge of PCBA processes, documentation packages, qualification requirements and change control
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to drive actions with suppliers and internal teams without direct authority
  • Proficiency with Excel / tracking tools; experience with ERP/MRP systems and supplier portals is a plus
  • Ability to work independently under time pressure and maintain rigorous attention to detail

  • Prior experience with Contract Manufacturer's or equivalent experience
  • Exposure to manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the integrated transition tracker covering ~125 PCBAs (status by assembly, target site, documentation readiness, qualification status, critical path, risks and owners)
  • Coordinate preparation and completeness of transfer packages (BOMs, AVLs, process documentation, special process requirements, test requirements, quality)
  • Drive and track first-article / pilot / qualification builds and associated change-control activities with suppliers and internal Engineering/Quality/NPI stakeholders
  • Support logistics and inventory planning for the transitions (bridge buys, last-time buys, safety stock positioning, shipping plans between sites)
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional transition reviews; capture actions, owners and due dates; escalate risks and blockers early
  • Assist with shortage and escalation surge support during peak transition periods so permanent SCPMs are not overloaded
  • Maintain clear status reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and relevant stakeholders
