As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will join Microsoft’s Supply Chain Operations Rotation Experience (SCORE), a Cloud Supply Chain Rotation Program designed for early in career, future supply chain professionals. The program is comprised of three, one-year rotations across key organizational pillars. Each of the three rotations will provide a diverse set of experiences and opportunities for meaningful contribution to the business. The Cloud Supply Chain group is responsible for planning, delivery and provisioning of all data centers globally powering Microsoft Cloud properties. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience.
Certification in Six Sigma.
Experience with global materials life-cycle management (development, launch, sustaining and end of life) and start-up/shut-down process management preferred.
Experience with enterprise resource planning, material management systems and implementations a plus.
Ability to analyze, explain, and draw conclusions based on complex data from multiple content areas.

Responsibilities

Uses basic data tools and dashboards to monitor program performance and identify deviations from expected results. Flags irregularities for review and helps prepare visualizations to summarize results.
Identifies basic process improvement opportunities and contributes to the implementation of solutions using standard procedures and team guidance. Supports root cause analysis activities by gathering data and recording observations.
Assists with supply chain project activities under supervision and within a defined task area. Completes routine tasks to support project execution and timeline adherence. Shares progress updates with team members and escalates issues as needed.
Assists with risk tracking activities by gathering information and updating documentation for identified issues or mitigation efforts. Follows guidance to help document risk scenarios and escalate concerns to appropriate team members.
Coordinates tasks by working with team members to support routine communication and issue tracking. Participates in meetings and shares status updates to help maintain alignment across stakeholders.
Assists with basic supplier performance tracking tasks by updating records and reports to support compliance monitoring. Escalates issues to team members and helps gather information for KPI tracking and corrective action planning.
Assists with supply chain tasks by completing routine activities within a defined planning area. Follows guidance to use standard tools and reports to support planning efforts, and escalates issues to team members as needed.
Assists with compliance activities by completing routine tasks to support planning and reporting related to environmental and regulatory standards. Tracks and submits required documentation under supervision to support checkpoint reviews.
