This role establishes a Supply Chain Program Management function in the US to oversee operations related to new projects awarded by both new and existing customers. The position involves serving as the primary customer interface to ensure alignment and communication regarding overall demand-supply status, gaining a thorough understanding of customer requirements, and acting as a liaison with cross-regional planners for material readiness simulation/analysis planning, and presentation to customers. The role requires close collaboration with Project Managers to provide accurate and timely insights from a material readiness perspective, ensuring precise and maximum customer commitment. It also involves close coordination with Project Managers and Manufacturing teams to align material readiness with manufacturing capacity, thus optimizing the Manufacturing build plan. The role includes conducting data analysis for business decision-making, such as risk buy proposals, LTB analysis, and E&O data validation. Additionally, the position involves developing and automating various reports for both internal and external business reporting needs, and driving system tool development and process improvement initiatives, including those related to GMRP, new planning systems/upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts in supply chain operational processes.
