The Supply Chain Program Manager on Apple’s Channel Sales Program team drives change across Apple Channel’s global supply chain to enhance the customer experience in Channel stores. The role develops and manages global strategies, owns the field team’s ordering platform, and develops and executes end-to-end demand and supply plans. Success is measured through fill rate, cost efficiency, and vendor performance; the manager owns these metrics, reports them to leadership, and is accountable for continuous improvement. The role defines global strategy for Apple Channel’s Brand Advocate Program and collaborates with stakeholders to implement the strategy and monitor performance. It also manages the ordering platform experience for Channel Maintenance and NSO programs, including triaging data issues, resolving them with cross-functional teams, and developing a roadmap for enhancements. The manager plans and analyzes maintenance-program demand, inventory, and usage to create weekly and quarterly supply plans. The position serves as the primary contact for a third-party logistics (3PL) vendor, leads recurring business reviews, and coordinates billing and invoice approvals. It manages sourcing and stocking decisions for security hardware and other maintenance elements, considering lead time, minimum order quantity, unit cost, and supplier qualification. The manager oversees ancillary retrofits globally, resolves regional back-order and inventory escalations, supports new-region fulfillment rollouts, and drives consistent business planning processes and tools across regions. The role identifies improvement opportunities, marshals resources, and delivers projects with measurable benefits.
