This role is a critical strategic addition required to lead our high-priority supply chain transformation, technology integrations, and process optimization initiatives. While a Systems and Process Analyst provides the technical diagnostics and workflow designs, the Program Manager will drive the cross-functional execution, manage vendor relations, govern the project portfolio, and ensure we realize the operational ROI of our system investments (such as ERP upgrades and global Material Requirements Planning (MRP) rollouts). Primarily works with key stakeholders in supply chain team, IT, and direct operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in business systems analysis, process mapping, or operations analysis.
  • Proficiency in tools like Visio.
  • Experience working with enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or specialized MRP/WMS systems).
  • Essential knowledge in SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (Power BI) to analyze process performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Document, map, and analyze "as-is" business processes across various departments to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for automation.
  • Provide suggestions to senior management on process improvements.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses on process failures and system issues.
  • Evaluate existing MRP/ERP systems, software applications, and data flows to ensure they effectively support business processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and software development teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements, APIs, or new platform integrations.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, use cases, and system flowcharts.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, process maps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work as a Point of Contact for Supply Chain team to work together with quality team to perform ISO audit annually.
  • Act as a project lead or key contributor on systems implementation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Biz Ops team to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate that new systems/processes meet defined business requirements.
  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions to help teams transition smoothly to new systems and workflows (change management).
