This position is located in Hamilton, Washington State. The Supply Chain Procurement Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier relationships, contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and the timely procurement of materials and components in alignment with contractual obligations. This role partners closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to ensure that supplier performance consistently meets or exceeds Janicki Industries’ quality and delivery objectives. Performance is monitored and managed using key metrics to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and supply chain reliability. The Supply Chain Procurement Manager also plays a key role in ensuring internal compliance with supply chain policies and procedures by providing training, guidance, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams. This position is responsible for managing and developing a team of Procurement Specialists through coaching, mentorship, and formal skill development training. It demands a mindset of extreme ownership, taking full accountability for the team’s performance, results, and alignment with Janicki’s Core Values.
