About The Position

Centinel Spine®, LLC is a leading global medical device company focused on spinal disease solutions. The company is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead procurement, supply planning, and inventory management. This role involves balancing business objectives with customer demand, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and building strong supplier relationships. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and is a 100% on-site, working manager role based in West Chester, PA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, in supply chain or related technical field preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management roles.
  • Experience with leading/supervising associates in the Supply Chain function.
  • Solid understanding of GMP and FDA regulations.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems or planning software, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including pivot tables and lookups.
  • Collaboration in Zoom or Teams.
  • Excellent ability to communicate with multiple departments and customers.
  • Must be able to work independently, in a team environment, and drive projects to solution using good project management and facilitation skills.
  • Detail oriented and the ability to multitask in a time sensitive/demanding environment with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable Regulations (QSR, CMDR, ARGMD, BGMP and MDD/MDR), Standards (e.g., ISO 13485) and Centinel’s Quality Management System Manual, QMSM.
  • Function as a team mentor, supporting data analysis, dashboard development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Understand sales demands and evaluate ordering purposes with knowledge of lead-times from vendors.
  • Monitor vendor service and notify management of any disruption of flow that will affect customer (internal/external) order OTD (on-time delivery).
  • Understand business needs of demand/forecast and adjust buying accordingly.
  • Work closely with Technology Groups and Quality to communicate supply issues of current vendors.
  • Collaborate with Quality on vendor performance regarding receiving the correct material, the correct quantity, and on-time deliveries.
  • Develop vendor relationships exhibiting good written and verbal communication providing clear expectations (delivery, status reports, etc.).
  • Assure the integrity of the inventory and evaluate problem areas.
