•$140,990 - $204,436

About The Position

The Demand Planning Manager leads the monthly demand planning and CPFR/S&OP operating rhythms for an assigned portfolio and is accountable for strategic, business-aligned forecasting. The role translates data into clear business insight, aligns internal and external stakeholders around shared assumptions, and drives actions to improve forecast accuracy, reduce bias, strengthen the demand signal, and increase stakeholder confidence. The Manager leads through the team rather than acting as the primary day-to-day forecaster, ensuring analysts execute disciplined forecasting, system maintenance, reporting, and process standards. The role also oversees reporting and goal setting related to the sales forecast. The position owns forecast governance, consensus planning, demand review preparation and execution, performance reporting, and communication for the assigned portfolio. It leads and develops analysts, establishes standards and accountability, and ensures reliable maintenance of Logility and connected forecasting data. The Manager drives process consistency and continuous improvement, partnering with technology and process teams to improve automation, reporting, planning-system capability, and scalability. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without prior notice.
