About The Position

TCL is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to serve as a key operational leader supporting our El Paso/Juárez supply chain network. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution and performance of cross-border inventory flow, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on supply chain leader with strong experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, and cross-border transportation. This individual will serve as the primary operational link between 3PL warehouse partners, transportation providers, Demand Planning, Order Management, Import Logistics, and other internal teams, ensuring inventory and customer orders move efficiently and reliably through the network. This role will play a critical part in identifying operational risks, driving timely resolution of issues, holding external partners accountable to service expectations, and continuously improving cost, service, productivity, and overall supply chain performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, distribution, or warehouse operations
  • Strong experience managing or overseeing 3PL warehouse operations
  • Experience with U.S./Mexico cross-border logistics and supply chain operations preferred
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, warehouse operations, and distribution
  • Experience supporting high-volume retail, distribution, or channel-driven business models preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills
  • Experience working with ERP, WMS, EDI, transportation management, and related supply chain systems
  • Strong vendor-management and partner-accountability skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational issues in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • English/Spanish bilingual capability required/preferred
  • Ability to work regularly across the El Paso/Juárez supply chain operation

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily supply chain and warehouse execution across the El Paso/Juárez operation
  • Oversee 3PL warehouse performance, including receiving, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping, and operational exceptions
  • Monitor open orders, inventory availability, shortages, inbound supply, warehouse capacity, appointments, and shipment status
  • Ensure customer orders are scheduled, fulfilled, and shipped within required delivery windows
  • Coordinate inbound inventory from Juárez with warehouse capacity, customer demand, and outbound shipment requirements
  • Establish strong operating routines with 3PL partners to ensure consistent execution and service performance
  • Monitor transportation activity, including carrier performance, missed pickups, appointment issues, shipment delays, and other transportation exceptions
  • Partner with Import Logistics and transportation providers to ensure timely movement of inventory across the U.S./Mexico border
  • Identify and resolve cross-border operational issues that may impact inventory availability or customer commitments
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to proactively manage supply chain disruptions and at-risk shipments
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Order Management to identify inventory shortages, supply constraints, and customer orders at risk
  • Monitor inventory availability and movement to ensure alignment with customer demand and fulfillment requirements
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, receiving issues, ASN/EDI errors, BOL discrepancies, and warehouse-system exceptions
  • Maintain visibility into inventory and order status across the supply chain and proactively escalate risks
  • Drive corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and customer service levels
  • Track and report key operational KPIs, including shipments, appointments, shortages, inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, carrier performance, and service levels
  • Analyze operational trends and identify key drivers of service, cost, and productivity performance
  • Provide regular updates on operational risks, exceptions, and corrective actions to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring warehouse, inventory, transportation, and service issues
  • Hold 3PLs, carriers, and other external partners accountable for agreed-upon performance expectations
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve supply chain cost, service, productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Establish standardized processes and operating routines across warehouse, transportation, and cross-border activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the El Paso/Juárez supply chain network
  • Support process and system improvements, including ERP, WMS, EDI, and other supply chain technology initiatives
  • Develop strong working relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and internal cross-functional teams to improve overall supply chain execution
