Supply Chain Operations Coordinator
About The Position
Coordinate daily supply chain operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels and uninterrupted availability of supplies that support exceptional patient care. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory discrepancies while performing audits to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Manage inventory within the ERP system by maintaining item records, executing product conversions, and supporting accurate supply data. Monitor storeroom inventory, financial variances, and stock rotation practices to minimize waste, reduce expired products, and optimize inventory performance. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Materials Management, and clinical teams to ensure timely distribution of supplies and continuous support for hospital operations.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Mgmt. preferred.
- Fellow specializing in Production & Inventory Mgmt. preferred.
- Warehouse or supply chain experience with strong customer service skills.
