About The Position

The goal of PepsiCo’s Supply Chain New Grad program is to provide new graduates with the opportunity to leverage their academic understanding in a real-world, business-driven environment. Ultimately, we aim to develop the future supply chain leaders necessary to enable our growth within an accelerated period. In this role, you will gain exposure to the end-to-end Supply Chain planning environment, with a strong focus on service execution, production visibility, customer readiness, and cross-functional coordination. You will support HQ supply planning activities that directly impact fill rate, customer service, inventory positioning, production tracking, and operational decision-making. You will work closely with Supply Planning, Sales, Customer Service, Plants, Co-packers, and Warehouse partners to help drive execution across key business priorities, including Costco/VIP events, projected fill rate visibility, stale risk management, production reporting, interzone shipment analysis, and weekly service routines. This role plays an important support function within the Supply Planning team, helping ensure the right information is available at the right time so the business can make fast, informed decisions.

Requirements

  • You have graduated with your bachelor’s degree in 2025 or will be graduating by September 2026.
  • A passion for Supply Chain, service execution, data analytics, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, and translate information into clear business actions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Supply Planning, Sales, Customer Service, Plants, Warehouses, and other partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, work with urgency, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive problem solver with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with digital tools and systems such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, IBP, and planning/reporting dashboards.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a focus on protecting fill rate, supporting market execution, and helping the business deliver for customers and consumers.
  • A collaborative team-player who is willing to step outside their core scope to support broader business priorities when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting daily and weekly service execution routines, including projected fill rate reporting, next 7-day top cut visibility, WTD fill rate tracking, and communication of key risks to the broader team.
  • Coordinating and maintaining key Costco/VIP execution tools, including production updates, rotation trackers, firm production receipts, and follow-ups required to support customer readiness and strong Club fill rate performance.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with plants, Sales, Customer Service, warehouses, and Supply Planning stakeholders to support production visibility, end-of-rotation execution, pushed rotations, allocation decisions, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Preparing, updating, and analyzing production and service reports, including DPP production reporting, ABOP files, MPS reporting, stale risk reporting, and incremental interzone shipment analysis.
  • Leveraging tools such as Power BI, SAP, IBP DRP, Excel, and internal dashboards to collect, validate, and summarize data that supports fill rate, production, inventory, and service performance decisions.
  • Helping identify service risks and improvement opportunities by analyzing fill rate risk, demand, stale exposure, production attainment, and inventory movement requirements.
  • Supporting IBP and digital transformation activities by participating in testing, adopting new tools, sharing feedback, and contributing to more efficient ways of working across the Supply Planning team.
  • Driving strong execution discipline through clear follow-ups, organized tracking, timely communication, and proactive escalation of risks or gaps that may impact service or customer outcomes.
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture by building strong cross-functional relationships, recognizing wins, and helping create visibility to key priorities across the broader Supply Chain organization.
