About The Position

The PepsiCo Beverages: Supply Chain Leadership Program aims to develop future People leaders within PepsiCo. Participants will be based at a manufacturing and distribution facility, gaining initial experience in day-to-day business operations and leading a front-line Supply Chain organization. This role involves motivating a team, problem-solving, removing barriers to ensure operational success, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and drive meaningful projects that contribute to PepsiCo's goals of being a Faster, Stronger, and Better Company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2026
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
• Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Applying theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability
• Executing Annual Operating Plan for Production
• Achieving performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality
• Tracking key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets
• Overseeing and assuring facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime
• Building people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel
• Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations
• Ensuring compliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
