About The Position

This position may perform a variety of duties including but not limited to; analyze spreadsheet data, run queries, utilize ERP system for data input and upkeep, approve orders, order supplies, research substitute products, contact sales representatives for resolution of issues, conduct cycle counts of inventory, issues supplies, fill orders, maintain inventory, receive supplies. Perform clerical duties such as answering telephones, taking and relaying routine information, and completing necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and perform simple mathematical calculations
• Two to three years of materials management experience is desired
• Must have the ability to learn terminology and procedures to complete assignments
• Ability to read in order to transcribe data and/or enter data into computer terminal
• Ability to write in orders
• Ability to take orders from phone calls
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions in adhering to established work priorities
• Ability to operate a computer and perform data analysis through Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Access as well as ERP system
• Good knowledge of Excel and Access programs

• Completion of an associate’s degree (preferred)
