About The Position

The Global Supply Chain, Material Program Specialist oversees & manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Requirements

Experience with Supply Chain
Experience in ERP, MRP or similar systems
Experience collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas
Must be a US Citizen

Nice To Haves

Experience with MS Office Suite Skills (as well as JIRA/Tableau)
Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to successfully interface and interact with all levels of the organization including executives
Desire to help implement and lead change
Strong organizational skills with an ability to lead many overlapping and diverse projects simultaneously
