Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Experience with supply chain workflow
  • Experience in ERP System
  • Experience collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas
  • Experience interfacing with Executive Senior Leadership
  • Advanced MS Office Suite Skills (as well as JIRA/Tableau)
  • US Citizenship
  • Active US Government Secret Security Clearance

  • Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to successfully interface and interact with all levels of the organization including executives
  • Desire to help implement and lead change
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to lead many overlapping and diverse projects simultaneously
  • Subject Matter Expert in any of these areas: Procurement, Shortage mitigation, Demand lifecycle, MRP
  • Ability to read engineering blueprints

Responsibilities

  • Communicating material risks and issues to a diverse suite of internal and external customers
  • Driving system accuracy and resolving gaps to enable total system health
  • Mitigation Actions to increase material supportability to our customers
  • Primary interface for SCM responsible for Production and Sustainment Part Number Risk Process and enterprise action plans, Sale Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) Plan for Every Gap Initiative, Production Shortage Reduction and EOY Aircraft Support, and Sustainment Backorder Burndown efforts.
  • This position requires the selected candidate to work cross-functionally and across all employee levels to develop solutions and enable performance.
