About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Entry Level Supply Chain Associate to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role involves responding to requests for quotes, handling post-production customer supply inquiries, and coordinating delivery problem resolution. The associate will also assist in collecting and processing supplier and/or customer data related to products or services, including repair capabilities and capacity. A key responsibility is managing the entire lifecycle of the repair/overhaul process, from the induction of a repairable part through its delivery to the customer. This includes monitoring and coordinating the movement of repair carcasses and materials to and from authorized repair sources, tracking repair order performance against Key Performance Indicators and program-specific targets, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of customer assets throughout the repair process. The role provides functional Repair Management support and analysis to Programs and Supply Chain stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in internal or external supply chain
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with strict deadlines
  • 1+ years of experience working both independently and in team environments
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to requests for quotes
