Lead procurement, material planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance for ESP products. Ensure the availability of critical components, including motors, pumps, seals, cables, protectors, sensors, drives, and related equipment. Develop supply plans that support production schedules, customer orders, and field-service requirements. Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, performance reviews, corrective actions, and development plans. Monitor supplier delivery, quality, cost, capacity, and responsiveness. Establish inventory targets, safety stock, reorder points, and controls for critical and long-lead materials. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, sales, and project management to meet customer commitments. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including shortages, supplier capacity constraints, transportation issues, and material disruptions. Track supply chain performance metrics, including on-time delivery, inventory turns, material shortages, purchase price variance, and expedite costs. Lead, coach, and develop purchasing, planning, materials, and warehouse personnel. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, ethical sourcing standards, and applicable industry regulations.
