As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as an on-site employee. You’ll be responsible for running the GBU S&OP process, accountable for achieving Service Level and Inventory Turn targets. You will manage Phase-ins, Phase-outs, Promotions, and Supply/Demand imbalances. This role involves working across functional boundaries to improve Forecasting Accuracy, avoid/minimize E&O, and rationalize SKU count. You will design the supply chain to achieve optimal performance at the lowest cost of ownership, and design/improve the necessary processes, systems, reports, and KPIs. You will serve as the prime supply chain representative and provide leadership to all on-site planning/inventory control functions. This role interfaces/collaborates with a wide range of business functions, both within the GBU and the Region, including shared regional Supply Chain functions (Demand Planning, Transportation, Physical Warehousing and Distribution, Customer Service), shared regional Sales & Marketing functions, and GBU Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, R&D and Operations functions. You will be ready to participate in ERP transition/implementation, as well as further developing processes and reports to support today's business needs.
