As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll lead supply chain operations to ensure alignment between customer demand, production capacity, inventory strategy, and logistics execution. You’ll work closely with sales, operations, production, warehousing, and customer service teams to support world-class service, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–7 years of experience in supply chain management or related operational planning roles
  • Experience with materials planning, production scheduling, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skills

  • APICS certification
  • Experience in manufacturing environments
  • Experience with international logistics and supply planning
  • Experience supporting multi-site or high-volume operations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage supply chain strategies related to demand planning, production capacity, inventory, and distribution
  • Lead Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities, including monthly forecasting and supply/demand reviews
  • Monitor and manage inventory targets, product mix, and fulfillment performance
  • Drive KPI performance related to inventory quality, on-time delivery, production, and shipping
  • Align production resources with customer demand and changing business conditions
  • Coordinate contingency plans to mitigate supply interruptions and customer service risks
  • Oversee warehousing, logistics, inventory execution, and material movement activities
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure service and delivery expectations are met
  • Support international and domestic logistics planning activities
  • Lead and develop teams across customer service, scheduling, warehousing, and material handling functions
  • Promote Lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Represent ENTEK with professionalism and uphold company values
