About The Position

Goodbaby International is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead production planning, inventory management, scheduling, purchasing coordination, and sales and operations planning (S&OP) activities for its Piqua manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory, improving supplier performance, and driving operational excellence. The position also leads and develops the Supply Chain team and analyzes capacity needs to support business growth.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, materials, or inventory management.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP, forecasting, inventory control, supplier management, and planning.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel capabilities.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience procuring plastics, resin, foam, corrugated packaging, printed materials, metals, MRO, or capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production scheduling, inventory planning, and materials management.
• Manage S&OP processes to align demand, supply, and manufacturing capacity.
• Monitor and improve KPIs, including on-time delivery, inventory turns, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop supplier relationships and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs and improve service.
• Analyze current and future capacity requirements to support business growth.
