About The Position

At BellatRx, we design and manufacture industry-leading packaging equipment for customers across North America and beyond. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on, strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement, inventory, logistics, warehouse, and facilities functions. This is more than a traditional supply chain role. You'll have a direct impact on operational performance, supplier partnerships, inventory optimization, and business growth while leading a dedicated team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right materials are available at the right time, at the right cost, while continuously improving processes and supporting operational excellence.

Requirements

Experience leading supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations functions within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
Experience managing supplier relationships and commercial negotiations.
Proven ability to use data and KPIs to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
Experience with ERP systems and supply chain processes.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
Drive continuous improvement across procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and material flow.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.
Identify opportunities to optimize inventory, reduce lead times, and strengthen supply chain resilience.
Lead sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities across the organization.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and service providers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and service agreements to maximize value.
Ensure procurement practices support production schedules, customer commitments, and financial objectives.
Manage procurement budgets and promote a culture of cost awareness.
Oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, and material handling processes.
Ensure efficient material flow to support manufacturing operations.
Optimize inventory levels while maintaining service and production requirements.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, transportation coordination, and freight performance.
Drive warehouse organization, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
Oversee building maintenance and facility-related services.
Manage relationships with facility vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities, and facility improvement initiatives.
Ensure a safe, functional, and productive work environment for employees.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members across procurement, warehouse, and facilities functions.
Establish clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuous-improvement culture.
