Supply Chain Manager, Order Processing
About The Position
This role involves managing the Order Process team, ensuring quality and timeliness in order processing, and coordinating with vendors for order accuracy and on-time delivery. The position requires active engagement with vendors and the sourcing team to plan and implement changes, driving improvements in the purchase order lifecycle. The manager will also review and respond to field requests, provide performance updates to leadership, and act as a liaison with vendor teams for integrated data exchange. This role serves as a subject matter expert for quoting and purchasing processes, supports supply chain systems, and participates in year-end inventory processes. Various projects and tasks will also be assigned.
Requirements
- Strong leader who can work with multiple stakeholders, develop and execute information strategy while being able to manage day-to-day tactical activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Manage the Order Process team and provide guidance and direction to 20+ team members
- Monitor team member performance and ensure both quality and timeliness are provided
- Coordinate with vendors for order accuracy, responsiveness to quote and purchase order confirmations and on-time deliver
- Actively engages with vendors and sourcing team to anticipate, plan, implement changes
- Drives improvement with the tracking and management of PO lifecycle
- Reviews and responds to field requests
- Provides regular updates to field leadership for Order Processing performance
- Effective liaison with vendor teams to support and drive integrated data exchange
- Serves as subject matter expert for quoting and purchasing processes
- Supports supply chain systems as needed and participating in year-end inventory processes
- Various projects and tasks as needed
