About The Position
This role involves leading solution design for o9 implementation projects, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The position requires driving requirement gathering workshops, solution documentation, and test case development. The individual will provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to configuration and model-building teams, ensuring quality delivery of o9 implementations and adherence to best practices. Support for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and S&OP/Integrated Business Planning processes is also a key aspect of this role. Additionally, the position includes mentoring junior consultants and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions implementation and solution design.
- Strong knowledge of o9 Reference Models, workflows, and configuration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and IBP/S&OP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead client-facing engagements.
- 8+ years in Supply Chain Planning with significant hands-on o9 implementation experience.
